Personality Notes

If she does what you tell her, it’s because she either a. wanted to in the first place or b. likes you. The end. She quit on Ulysses to spite his assertion he'd see her at the end of the Road, alright, that's the level we're talking about here.

Can’t fake for shit. It’s why she turned out so Fuck the Legion, really. She’s decisive, too. Works quick, works fast. Never overthinks it, just does it. She kills Mr. House the exact second she’s sick of his shit, and while she’s very NCR leaning, she never completes more than a handful of story quests for them or changes course because of, say, meeting Col. Moore. She’s always independent minded.

Bad at speech because: 1. too blunt, 2. can't bluff or find the correct argument, 3. too confident to realize her failed check won’t work so she’ll give it a shot anyway.

Just because she can’t talk good doesn’t mean she’s incompetent. She knows how to shoot and she knows how to sneak and that affects her mindset, because she's good at... seeing around corners, I guess that’s the way to put it. Opportunistic, that’s another. Vulpes Inculta walks up to you on the Strip, you do something about it. Sometimes that something is active grenades.

Loves weird things. Like, the most. Primm Slim, Think Tank, Yes Man, if it’s weird, she’s on board. She keeps Black Mountain Radio around even though by all accounts it’s gotta go down simply because she likes listening to Tabitha’s ramblings.

Needs to help, needs to be doing something, needs to take action and take charge, all that good stuff. Can’t just sit on her hands about anything.

Biographical Facts

Born somewhere along the Big Circle to a merc named Lou and a Caravaneer named Dolores (call her Dolly). When she got old enough, she took up mercenary work and traveled the Wasteland in search of caps. When the NCR started pushing into the Mojave, she joined the Mojave Express to extend her wandering out there. Over the years, her visits built up enough to cause a town named Hopeville to flourish. Sometime around 2277, she took a job from the NCR and delivered a device which launched ICBMs. Hopeville got completely flattened and that wasn’t the worst of it, either (Just ask Ulysses). Of course to her, this was just another package. Ask her about it and she’ll suddenly be unable to read.

When she got shot in the head, all her reflexes and skills spilled out. Her memory was fuzzy for a few weeks, too. Most of these effects faded in the stretch and especially after becoming a cyborg. Thanks, Think Tank.

She's got three siblings, all of them younger than her. Named in order: Shawn, Margret, and Malcolm (Got It This Time) McGuire. One of them went NCR and served at the First Battle of Hoover Dam and lived to tell the tale, and that's about the closest brush any of them have to Plot Relevance.

Birthday's April 3rd, same as Wayne Newton Mr. New Vegas.
